Midland Gun Company in .30-06 — SOLD

Description

Manufactured by Parker Hale of England, this represents an Enfield/Mauser hybrid action with thumb safety and adjustable trigger.  It comes with a hinged, embossed floor plate and nicely finished barrel and action.  It has been fully restored using the original walnut stock which has been fitted with a steel, checkered butt plate and mun ebony fore-end and pistol grip cap. All is finished in polymerized tung oil. Original checkering has been re-cut. The new Cabelas variable scope is specifically calibrated for .30-06 and is fitted with Weaver windage-adjustable rings and bases.
